Led by our founder and Sr. Recruiting Consultant Art Amberg, the Executive Search Team at Amberg Consulting Group is comprised of individuals with industry experience in technical, product, sales, and senior management positions including Product Manager, Product Engineer, Chief Engineer, Director, Vice President, and President all of which involve strategy development, recruiting and hiring technical staff and corporate level officers.

Developing and implementing world-class programs has effectively prepared our staff for creating this high integrity, high performing executive and professional search and recruiting organization. We focus our teams on sourcing technical professionals in engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales at entry level on up to strategic technical and senior level executive positions. 

This wealth of industry experience allows the Amberg Consulting Group team to quickly assess our clients' needs and correctly identify candidates. We are organized as teams of specialists who lead the staffing projects in the area of their expertise. In addition, our support team is led by our Certified Senior Project Coordinator, Katrina Henderson who coordinates most of our candidate inquiries and assists our project teams in research and qualification to guarantee that we are supplying our clients with thoroughly qualified candidates.
