Katrina Henderson

After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Sociology from the University of Tulsa, Katrina entered the recruiting field with ACG Consultants, LLC in 2000.

Her focus as a Research Consultant includes searching out those hard-to-find people to help her clients' business. Katrina works so smoothly through the recruiting process together with other Staffing Consultants in the office that our clients have referred to us as "the best team in the business!"  She has been honored to achieve several industry certifications including Certified Senior Project Coordinator and Certified Internet Recruiter.

Katrina's job is to find the best candidate for the client; however, her most important mission is to make sure that her candidate is going to be happy with their new company and position as well. She does this by really getting to know her candidates, and finding the human face behind the resume.

She makes it a practice to send back a response to every single person who submits his/her information. It can be frustrating when you send a resume and never hear back, so she will definitely let you know if she is going to be able to help you or not.

Katrina and her husband Brian are blessed with two beautiful girls, Olivia and Isabella, who definitely keep them on their toes.  Katrina enjoys reading, exercising, and doing family activities in her spare time.  She also makes it a priority to give back by volunteering at her church and in the community.
